SANDY BAY REDUX v2.1.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Oxygendavid for letting me release my heavily edited version of his map ‘Sandy bay Gold’ and highly recommend trying out all of his British countryside maps.
SBRv2.1 is highly detailed with hundreds of extra objects, remade and new areas with many extra activities to explore. There is a story line to follow from the load page involving an ultimate goal of obtaining 5 wind powered turbines at 1.2million each to get BaySideWind back up and running again.
I have made the stables active with a sell point for straw, grass and hay, plus bales. There is also seed, fertiliser and water available. The scenery and fields have also had a makeover with more power-lines, dead tree piles, and a plowed field ready for purchase.
The Biogas plant now buys your manure and slurry, it’s not a big payout but still adds a new job to your workload. You can buy seeds (I imported corn pallets), fertiliser, diesel and water there as before but all rearranged for better access.
Both farms have had numerous changes with more detail added.
Sandy bay farm has a re-landscaped cow pasture for better turn around, made park area for manure loading, removed milk marker, set slurry pipe back 20 feet, set up a lunch area and toilet block under front trees (you can walk through the fence in two spots). The wood chip shed now has a turnaround area for trailers, with a large Elm next to it. Chopped wood, stump and axe behind both farm’s houses. Removed the bale divider from bale shed and installed round and square bales to back wall.
Extensive map-wide lighting with enlarged coronas for better night viewing effects.
Static boats in the harbor have different paints and fishing rods, plus night lighting.
More details at all shops, stock items, saplings set to a bigger area, larger milk trigger and more.
Overall map foliage density has been reduced by at least 40%, many dense areas like Willow farm and back roads now have no cam restrictions but still retain eye catching details and well placed trees and power lines.
All start fields are now fertilised and only two are ready for harvest. You get very small fields.

AnimationMapTrigger – (you must put this mod in your mods folder for doors and gates to open)
I highly recommend using a mix of Giants equipment and mods to keep the mod maps stable.
soilmod-soil-management-growth-control-v2-0-x – (I have tested this and it works with the extra fruits. The soil mod only works if you have the zip in your mods folder, the game will function like normal without it)
Removehaze daytime haze – (there is a fault with some cloudy day and fog times, but mod is still worth using)
Multifruit modules: both files: ZZZ_multiFruit.zip and ZZZ_multiFruitModule_Standard.zip are REQUIRED for the map’s extra fruits to work.
Slurry Trailers – (Note: only a few of these actually work to transport and UNLOAD/SELL slurry)
Brownies – (I re-zipped this to name it Vehicle_Cleaners, it washes all equipment at midnight)
ZZZ_trailersteeringMod – (this function should be available in the original game)
ManualIgnition – (this mod allows you to heat the glow plugs first, also good for leaving engines running while offloading crops)

Tatra_6x6 – (This pack has a matching tipper and dolly and 1/4 the load time of the original)
